Become Productised — Coaching Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 13 August 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to the purchase and delivery of the Become Productised coaching programme.
Become Productised is a trading style of Wolfe Digital Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing the programme, you ("you", "the Client") agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. What is included
The Become Productised programme includes:
- 4 weeks of 1:1 coaching
- One 60-minute 1:1 coaching session per week
- Weekly async feedback on the relevant stage of the programme
- Feedback on work, exercises, offers, positioning, marketing, systems and other materials directly related to the programme
- Access to any relevant resources, templates or materials provided as part of the programme
The programme is designed to help you develop and implement a more productised service business. The exact content and focus of each week may vary depending on your business, progress and individual circumstances.
2. Coaching sessions
You will receive one 60-minute 1:1 coaching session each week for the duration of the four-week programme. Sessions will be arranged directly between you and the coach at mutually suitable times.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred availability, but coaching sessions are subject to mutual availability. Sessions cannot be guaranteed to take place at a particular time or on a particular day unless specifically agreed in writing.
3. Missed and rescheduled sessions
If you need to reschedule a coaching session, you should provide at least 24 hours' notice wherever reasonably possible. Where at least 24 hours' notice is provided, the session can be rescheduled to another mutually suitable time within the programme period, subject to availability.
If you:
- fail to attend a scheduled session;
- provide less than 24 hours' notice of cancellation; or
- do not contact us to arrange a new time,
the session may be treated as having been used and we are not required to provide an additional replacement session. If we need to reschedule a session, we will provide reasonable notice and arrange an alternative time with you.
4. Onboarding
You are required to complete the onboarding form before the programme begins. The onboarding information allows us to understand your business and prepare appropriately for the coaching programme.
If you have not completed the onboarding process before the agreed programme start date, we may delay the programme start date until the onboarding has been completed. Any resulting delay does not automatically extend the original programme duration.
5. Async feedback
The programme includes async feedback on the relevant work submitted during each stage of the programme. Feedback will generally be provided within 72 hours of a feedback request, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.
The 72-hour timeframe applies to reasonable requests for feedback relating directly to the programme. It does not mean that we are available continuously or that unlimited revisions, questions or feedback requests are included. To get the most value from the programme, clients should submit work clearly and provide sufficient context for meaningful feedback.
6. Scope of the programme
Become Productised is a coaching and advisory programme. It does not include:
- Done-for-you service delivery
- Design or development work
- Website creation
- Branding or rebranding
- Copywriting
- Advertising management
- Sales outreach performed on your behalf
- Business operations performed on your behalf
- Unlimited 1:1 calls
- Unlimited async support
- Ongoing consulting outside the agreed programme
Unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing, the responsibility for implementing recommendations and completing work remains with the Client.
7. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Completing the onboarding form before the programme begins
- Attending scheduled coaching sessions
- Completing the work and exercises discussed during the programme
- Providing accurate and relevant information about your business
- Responding to requests reasonably promptly
- Submitting work for feedback in a timely manner
- Implementing recommendations where appropriate
The programme is collaborative. The results you achieve will depend significantly on the effort, decisions and implementation undertaken by you.
8. No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee any specific business, financial, revenue, profit, client acquisition, sales, audience growth or other results from participating in Become Productised. Examples, case studies and results shared by us are provided for illustrative purposes and do not constitute a promise or guarantee of future results.
Your results will depend on a variety of factors outside our control, including your existing business, market, offer, positioning, pricing, execution, consistency, resources and external market conditions.
9. Fees and refunds
All programme fees must be paid in accordance with the payment terms presented at checkout or otherwise agreed in writing. Programme fees are non-refundable once the programme has been purchased. By purchasing the programme, you acknowledge that the coaching programme involves reserved time and capacity and that the programme is delivered over a defined four-week period.
Where permitted by applicable law, payments are therefore non-refundable. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to remove or limit any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
10. Programme duration
The programme consists of four weeks of coaching. The programme begins on the agreed start date. A delay caused by incomplete onboarding, client availability or missed sessions does not automatically extend the four-week programme period.
Any extension or additional coaching beyond the original programme must be agreed separately.
11. Communication
Async communication is intended for questions, feedback requests and discussion directly related to the current stage of the programme. It is not intended to provide unlimited ongoing access to the coach.
We aim to respond to reasonable programme-related messages within a reasonable timeframe, but the 72-hour feedback timeframe applies specifically to formal feedback requests submitted as part of the programme.
12. Intellectual property
Any templates, frameworks, documents, resources, processes or other materials provided by Become Productised remain the intellectual property of Wolfe Digital Ltd unless otherwise stated. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your own business.
You may not:
- Resell the materials
- Republish the materials
- Distribute the materials commercially
- Give access to third parties
- Repackage the materials as your own product or service
You retain ownership of your own pre-existing intellectual property and materials that you provide to us.
13. Confidentiality
We will treat confidential information you provide about your business as confidential and will not knowingly disclose it to third parties except where:
- You have given permission;
- Disclosure is required by law; or
- Disclosure is reasonably necessary to provide the programme.
You are also responsible for ensuring that any information or materials you provide to us can legally be shared with us.
14. Testimonials and results
We will not publicly share identifiable information about your business, results or experience without your permission. If you choose to provide a testimonial, review or feedback, you agree that we may use it for marketing purposes, including on our website, social media and other marketing channels, unless you request otherwise.
We will not claim results that you have not actually achieved.
15. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate a Client's participation in the programme where there is serious or repeated inappropriate behaviour, abuse, harassment, non-payment, or other conduct that makes continuing the coaching relationship unreasonable.
Where the programme is terminated due to the Client's conduct or breach of these Terms & Conditions, no refund will be due unless required by applicable law.
16. Limitation of liability
The information and guidance provided through Become Productised is provided for educational and advisory purposes. We will take reasonable care in delivering the programme but cannot guarantee that any particular recommendation will be suitable for your business or circumstances.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wolfe Digital Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your participation in the programme. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
17. Changes to the programme
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the structure, content, resources or delivery of the programme where necessary. Any changes will not materially reduce the core service described at the time of purchase.
18. Third-party services
Become Productised may recommend third-party software, platforms, contractors, tools or services. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, pricing, security or actions of third-party providers. Any decision to use a third-party service remains your responsibility.
19. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
20. Acceptance
By purchasing Become Productised, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions;
- You understand what is included in the programme;
- You understand that the programme does not guarantee specific results;
- You understand that the programme fee is non-refundable, subject to applicable statutory rights; and
- You agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
